Cansu Kaya is an attorney admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. After completing her primary and secondary education in Bandırma, she graduated with honours from Okan University Faculty of Law, where she was admitted on a scholarship. She subsequently completed the Master’s Programme in Economic Law at Galatasaray University with a graduation project entitled “The Nullity of Board of Directors’ Resolutions in Joint Stock Companies.”

During her studies and legal traineeship, she worked in the legal advisory department of one of Türkiye’s leading banks, gaining experience particularly in finance and commercial law. Specialising in employment law, commercial and corporate law, consumer law, and data protection law, Cansu Kaya provides comprehensive legal advisory services to clients across these areas.

Having completed her foreign language education in London, Cansu Kaya is fluent in English and communicates effectively in both domestic and international legal matters. She has practised at Arda Law Firm since 2020, maintaining a strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality and the highest standards of legal practice.
