Efecan Cengiz is an attorney admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. He began his education in Adana and graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law, where he was admitted on a scholarship. During his university studies, he pursued various academic activities to further develop his legal knowledge and participated in certificate programmes covering different areas of law.

Having expanded his expertise through certificate programmes in Contract Law, Current Issues in Private Law, and Employment and Social Security Law, Efecan Cengiz completed his mandatory legal traineeship at one of Türkiye’s leading law firms. He currently continues his professional career as a Partner Attorney at Arda Law Firm, providing individual and corporate clients with practical, up-to-date and solution-oriented legal advice.

Fluent in English, Efecan Cengiz communicates effectively in international legal matters and practises law with a strong commitment to diligence, professional ethics and client confidentiality.
