Emirhan Arda is an attorney admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. After completing his primary and secondary education at Bilfen College, he attended international language schools in London and graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law, where he was admitted on a scholarship. During his university studies, he participated in various legal programmes and training courses in Türkiye and abroad, gaining experience at institutions including the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany, the Frankfurt Administrative Court and Heidelberg University. These experiences broadened his legal perspective and enabled him to develop a strong understanding of different legal systems.

After completing his mandatory legal traineeship, Emirhan Arda founded Arda Law Firm. He provides legal advisory services to domestic and international companies operating at both national and international levels. In his work for clients, he aims to ensure legal certainty while developing sustainable and practical solutions aligned with their business objectives.

Fluent in English, Emirhan Arda communicates effectively in multinational projects and international contractual matters. He practises law in accordance with the highest standards of professional ethics, confidentiality and integrity.
